Very rude upon walking inside!
We have been working with Ariana and Mark for years. Their skills and array of designer brands are unmatched in the area. If you want your home to feel like a castle, go to Ariana. You will be glad you did.
We love Ariana home furnishings!!! I have purchased most of my furniture from them over the years. I always get excellent service and great quality !!! We would definitely recommend them!
Avoid this place like the plague. We were ripped off for a number I would be embarrassed to share. Rude, no customer service, things were mismeasured..I could go on. Took them three tries to get the window treatments right and they still look terrible. They refused to make it right and never followed up or offered to replace the defective product. If I had the energy I would sue them.
Horrible customer service. The lady who works there was not helpful. She was talking to us from a big distance when we entered the store. She has attitude. she didn't bother herself to join us inside the store like any salesperson in the whole world. She was sitting at the back of the store with her dog, talking to another employee. Very bad impression. We were the only customer at the store. We left Ariana store, and went to Arhaus furniture store.
