I've had a good experience here. My best friend and I bought our prom dresses here our junior year and I'm coming here again for my senior prom. The dresses are expensive, but they are so worth it. And no one should complain about the policies because the owners tell you before you buy the dress. I would recommend this place to anyone.
When I went I had a horrible experience, the older lady was really rude and I kept getting followed around as If I was going to steal a dress. Also I had bought a dress from here and I wanted to exchange it and the older lady said no I couldn't do it but the owner said I could I just couldn't get the money back if the dress I wanted was less so they ended up taking about $200 from me. I will never again come back to this place and will not suggest anyone to come here.
