Customer service representative disgracefully insinuated a racial slur asking if it was necessary to try on a pair of pants because she jumped to the conclusion that I couldn't afford to buy it because of my skin color. Whole staff ought to be ashamed of themselves.

Arguably the worst experience I have ever had with an online store. Do NOT order from these thieves! If a pair of clothing needs to be returned they will NOT refund you. I have now been dealing with an ongoing return that Ari Soho refuses to refund after promising in an email to do so. Customer service takes 7 days to reply to my emails and when they do they're simply unhelpful. Stay as far away as possible!
