Was told they would accommodate my husband coming a couple mins past 6pm to pick up a piece that they originally had told us would fit our car (didn't end up fitting so we rented a uhaul the next day and paid), my husband got there at 6:02pm and no one was there. Beyond disrespectful. If I hadn't called and got the confirmation I would have cancelled my uhaul. We also told them to leave it outside knowing we would get there a couple mins past 6 and wanted to respect their time...
Very nice store but nothing unique. Lots of mismatched pieces. If you want an off white or camel couch that is good quality....this is your place!
Working with Tod is an absolute pleasure. He is incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. Every time I walk into the store, he greets me with a big smile, and I am always so impressed by how much he knows about the products.
We have found some of our best treasures at awesome prices here! AND, Paula in particular was incredibly kind and helpful on one specific occasion when we were looking for table lamps. She helped us find the lamps, and then our sweet little 4 year old threw up on a white couch! Paula swooped in, helped us, comforted the little guy, and was just a superstar. Talk about "above and beyond"! We will be going back ... Again and again!!
Very nice furniture but wow it's expensive. If you want something really nice this place is probably worth a look.
