Working with Tod is an absolute pleasure. He is incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. Every time I walk into the store, he greets me with a big smile, and I am always so impressed by how much he knows about the products.
We have found some of our best treasures at awesome prices here! AND, Paula in particular was incredibly kind and helpful on one specific occasion when we were looking for table lamps. She helped us find the lamps, and then our sweet little 4 year old threw up on a white couch! Paula swooped in, helped us, comforted the little guy, and was just a superstar. Talk about "above and beyond"! We will be going back ... Again and again!!
Very nice furniture but wow it's expensive. If you want something really nice this place is probably worth a look.
I am writing this to warn others not to buy here unless you inspect every single screw, bolt, and hidden bracket. Arhaus Loft uses their strict All Sales Final policy to offload furniture that is not just blemished but is actually structurally broken with concealed repairs. I understand the concept of buying outlet furniture and fully expected visible scratches or dents.
