I purchased several items for my new home from Arhaus Loft. The service team is great but I also want to rave about the packing and loading team. Will, the crew manager runs a tight ship. They wrapped my pieces extremely well and cared for my purchases like they were their own pieces of furniture. I take a trip to the Loft from time to time. My wife and Sophia stay in commutation with each other on deals and items that my wife is looking for. It really isn’t that long a drive for me from Lexington. As Kentucky Arhaus Remolding Contractor. Arhaus and Arhaus Loft will always have us as a customer for life. Quality workmanship, hand crafted materials, and the Perfect European look my wife is striving for. Keep it up Arhaus!!!!!!!
Good furniture with reasonable prices
Julia and Gio were absolutely fantastic with helping my gf and I get a new sofa and ottoman. They were incredibly kind and willing to answer all questions we had to make us comfortable with our purchase. Maybe the furniture shouldn’t be as high as it is originally but the deals they have here on top of clearance prices are great. The couch seems to be well put together and we are loving it so far.
