HIGHLY recommend this place. They have incredible furniture at a deeply discounted price. The staff are all fantastic. We worked a ton with Wendy and she was nothing but kind and helpful in guiding us with pieces that would work well in our space.
My husband and I visited this Arhaus location to look for dining room chairs and were very disappointed with the level of customer service. We walked around the store multiple times and noticed two associates sitting on their phones, avoiding eye contact, and never once acknowledging us or offering assistance. What made the experience more upsetting was seeing other customers enter the store and receive immediate greetings and help, while we were completely ignored. While I'm a fan of the outlet in Grapevine in theory, their current "first-come, first-served" system is being blatantly exploited by one reseller in particular (screenshot attached). I’ve been coming in consistently over the last few months trying to furnish my home, and it’s infuriating that the most in-demand pieces (large mirrors, raw wood entrance tables, unique pieces, etc.) are always tagged "sold" to the EXACT same names EVERY single time!!! “This isn’t a place to hang out, I’m going to have to ask you to leave”. Went in for my mother who’s on a buisness trip. Was trying couches with my sibling, her friend, and my own friend. Maybe it’s because I’m on the younger side (24) but they lost someone willing to buy from them.
