I’m lexington, ky. I have traveled to the Florance ky loft and Hillard, OH loft but before i travel to the locations i call ahead and they let me know of what im looking for is in and they always answer. But for some reason i call Cleveland, Ohio Loft they never answer the phone. I am now up to 25 calls this week for someone to answer, alas, no answer still. I dont mind the travel at all to get up there but i wont waste time if i cant get anyone to answer.
Amazing! Higher end furniture. Good quality Sofas, Arm Chairs, Dining Tables, Bed Frames, Rugs, Lamp, etc. Some prices are outstanding (a fraction of the original price) and most are considerably reduced. I bought a few pieces that will work well with my Modern House. I will check often now... Enclosed are very eye-catching lamps and armchairs. Just beautiful.
I drove from 30 minutes away and got there 10 minutes before closing time. A guy was waiting at the door and told me he could not let me in because the computers were already shut down. I knew exactly what I wanted and what I was walking in for. But he wouldn’t let me get in. This is a horrible customer service. I could see that there were other customers inside. With all the employees in the store (some on the phone lounging), I thought it was odd that no one spoke or said even hello to me. Very strange.
I can to Arhaus shopping for a sofa. Of the many places I visited that day, Arhaus was the one one with a Sofa that had both a comfortable back and seat. The service was excellent and I ended up choosing one of their sofas. We chose the fabric and had it built. A couple months later it was delivered by some excellent delivery people. I couldn't be happier with the who experience.
