I love Arhaus loft but they referred me to a third party company, RHDelivery (owner is Jerry) and they were an absolute nightmare. Disrespectful, damaged multiple pieces of furniture and were incredibly expensive. They should be careful about who they recommend.
This store was a treasure trove of beautiful furniture and great deals! Deb was such a help in design and purchasing our new dining room set!
We had an excellent experience buying a couch and coffee table! We came back to see if we could find a matching 2 seater and the saleswomen was incredibly helpful and patient as we compared colors. We'll definitely be shopping here again!
I just purchased and had delivered several items from the outlet store and could not be happier with my purchases, the price and the customer service. Everything I bought was at least 50%-75% off or more with the additional sale markdown. I’ve been looking for a sofa for months and went to all the furniture stores in town - C&B/PB/WE/RH/R&B, etc. Lots of cheaply made but expensive furniture out there and really cheap ugly furniture too. Horrible experience, my boyfriend and I were trying one of the couches when some grumpy man (assuming one of the managers) came up to us and said “Alright y'all nap time is over, you guys need to get out”.
