I loved my experience here! They had a great selection & the staff was so kind/friendly. The way your furniture purchases are packaged for delivery was beyond expectation & incredibly protected! I was blown away with how much they wrapped the pieces. I’ll definitely be back soon!!
My husband and I visited the store to browse for couches for our new home. While we were there, a female employee observed us with an unprofessional demeanor. Despite the presence of other customers, we noticed that she treated them with greater courtesy. However, for us, who are of a different race, her behavior was noticeably less favorable. :(
They were closed for inventory on 3/25 but didn’t update their hours on Google Maps. It’s literally so easy, do better and don’t waste people’s time.
Hands down the greatest outlet store on the planet! If you haven’t already, get over there sooner than later. The deals are stupid good and the staff is fantastic! Love Love Love me some Arhaus Loft in Lakewood!!
