I had the best experience working with this store! I wanted 8 vases that were discontinued. Mark Cadienti took my order and looked all over the country to ensure I received my 8 vases. They arrived well packed and timely. Thank you Mark! I will definitely return to Ar Haus for further decor items!!
I ordered a flush mount light that took five months to arrive. When I placed the order, I specifically asked why shipping was so expensive ($300). The in-store rep told me it included “white glove” delivery, meaning they would unpack, inspect, and install the fixture. That sounded great, so I went ahead with the purchase. workers are terrible please do better. Manager isn’t much better. please learn how to train your employees. Especially the older gentleman with grey hair is absolutely miserable and doesn’t know how to talk to people properly. Learn how to train your employees properly.
