9/1/15 purchased a sofa at the Arhaus Naples. Was to be shipped within 6 weeks. Arrived 12/23/15. Immediately noticed the chaise cushion did not sit properly. Distinct slope towards the arm, leaving the user to slide sideways. Contacted salesperson & was told to call client services. CS arranged for an independent furniture service to determine if the sofa was damaged. Contractor called me within 4 days.
