I bought a lot of furniture from here, and they were by far the friendliest and most professional furniture store I visited. They were incredibly patient throughout the entire process and gave genuinely helpful design advice that made making decisions so much easier. Honestly, I’m surprised to see some of the negative reviews here. Based on my experience, they’re providing excellent service right now, and I would absolutely recommend them.
Ordered our living room furniture in February with an estimated delivery date of April 28. The chairs arrived, but the sofa still hasn’t been delivered and now we’re being told maybe the end of June. They still cannot give us a responsible date. Really frustrating because we planned around the original timeline and now have an incomplete living room with guests coming this weekend. We purchased light fixtures online from this store, and because we loved the products so much, we decided to visit the showroom in person to furnish more of our home. Unfortunately, the in-store experience was extremely disappointing. Surly staff treated me like a nuisance. Little do they know I’m buying tens of thousands of dollars worth of furniture right now. They didn’t even try to help me out despite clearly being interested in their products and asking questions - taking my business elsewhere. Floor samples looked pretty beat up, too.
I always admired Arhaus and dreamed of furnishing my home with their pieces. Unfortunately, my actual purchase and after-sales experience has been the worst I’ve ever had with any retailer. The staff — including the store manager — were unhelpful, difficult to work with, and showed little regard for customer satisfaction.
