The staff at the store was very helpful, and the furniture itself is beautiful. Unfortunately, I experienced issues with several items after purchase, and the follow-up customer service was frustrating, unclear, unacceptable, and significantly delayed. While I appreciated the in-store experience, the lack of effective support afterward was so maddening that I would not purchase from Arhaus again.
My husband and I stopped by Arhaus interested in purchasing 1 item only: the Calista bed. Instead, we walked out having purchased furniture and accessories for our great room, dining room, kitchen, sunroom, and bedroom. THAT is a testament to Ashley Molignoni and Troy Valentik.
