Lauren Price was such an amazing help with several furniture purchases. I ordered a custom Giles settee from Arhaus in February 2026 with an expected delivery in March. I was told I’d receive updates every two weeks, but that never happened. I had to keep reaching out myself for information. After the delivery date came and went, I was eventually told at the end of April that there was a fabric issue and they were waiting for new material.
