My friends got kicked out the store for simply walking in ! Apparently they are not friendly to everybody! Be careful where you shop some people are wolf in sheep clothing ! Plzs do better
Got kicked out for being 19. I never write reviews But the experience I had at Arhaus was the worst experience I have had inside of any store ever. Im 19 and so are my 2 friends, We were shopping at the mall and decided to go into arhaus. Some older lady came over and tried to kick us out telling us that we were not real customers and to “come back with our parents.” which she then laughed and said “I would love to see them.” The three of us all being extremely offended went over to talk to the manager. We had such a positive experience with our recent Arhaus purchase. Jules, our sales lead in White Plains was terrific and extremely patient with us as we were making decisions on sofas and dining room chairs. The designer we worked with, Arturo, was incredibly helpful — had a great eye, understood what we wanted and laid out a great schematic for us.
