VERY bad experience here. I ordered and PAID FOR an item using my credit card. This item was NEVER DELIVERED. When confronted about it, my sales agent (Kelly) stated she moved the funds to another item that I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR! Completely incompetent. I’m a fair and reasonable customer, but will NEVER recommend Arhaus again. NEVER!

I’m a customer who has purchased all the furniture from your store, but I have a very frustrating situation with you. In August 2025, you delivered a bed set that included a dresser with six drawers, but the drawers were missing handles. My husband and I have gone to the store in Jacksonville where we bought the furniture many times, and to this day, we haven't received any resolution. Purchased a sofa and listened to the sales person on fabric. BIG mistake. Should have gone with my selection. The material is horrendous. Should have gone to Pottery Barn.

We had a wonderful experience at Arhaus- St. John’s Town Center, Jacksonville. We had our young children in tow during our first visit, and staff were gracious. Our Design Consultant was Kelly Eisenbeis, who was incredibly helpful and assisted us with our purchase. Kelly went above and beyond a few months later to help fix a small issue with applying credit to a new purchase. She was very responsive. Would highly recommend this store and Kelly in particular if you are local to Jacksonville!
