Overall good furntirue but if you have any issues and defects, you're out of luck. They will sell you a warranty and when you a file a claim, make you jump through hoops and then decline the warranty. STAY AWAY and buy from an aftiisan shop without the hefty markup and deceptive sales people.

We bought two deep seated Kipton couches and have had for about 3 years. We don’t use them too often, but despite the light wear we have several (5 seams that are pulling apart. Upon further inspection, the seam construction is far inferior to that of RH and others. When contacting Arhaus, they did not offer to replace covers or repair as “outside warranty”. Unfortunate given the high quality price tag, yet inferior quality at the price point. For our real estate clients we would recommend elsewhere.

I went in the store, looked at multiple colors, and ordered two large area rugs in “fog.” The top pic is the color shown on the website and that I was told the rugs would be. The bottom pic is what was delivered to my house. Customer service actually told me they look like the same color to her. I called the local store and asked to speak with the manager, was told that “Nadine” was in meetings all day, so I asked that she call me back. She never did.

Valeria, and everyone in the store, was incredibly patient and helpful with us when I stopped in and had some questions on a previous order from another store. She took the time to explain everything and follow up to make sure we were all set, even on a busy holiday weekend. We also ended up purchasing another chair from her on this visit, and she was very thoughtful of our budget and style through that purchase as well!
