My wife and I visited the Leawood store yesterday and left disappointed by how we were treated. From the moment we walked in, the attention we got from one sales rep, Kathy, felt dismissive — like she’d sized us up and decided we weren’t worth her time. Other customers got warmth and engagement; we got the cold shoulder and short answers. Whatever the reason, it’s not how you treat people walking through your door ready to spend money. We took our business elsewhere.

We purchased an Everett sofa and day bed in "nomad snow". This was supposed to be in a highly resistant crypton fabric. They even mentioned that the usual crypton fabric sold outside is 50,000 wear resistant and this one is 100,000 wear resistant. This is the worst sofa we purchased. We have had it for little over a year and it constantly stains with even plain water. I truly wanted to love ARHAUS for some reason so three years ago we purchased the 5 piece Beale Sectional with two ottomans in Nomad Snow. We have four kids and I asked the sales lady if the material could hold up to four little kids and a dog. She said that it would absolutely hold up and that the warranty would cover whatever I can't get out myself. The couch honestly lasted about 2 years. I have purchased a quite a few pieces of furniture from Arhaus!! I can sure tell you that the quality of their furniture and their customer service couldn’t be any worse! The last piece of furniture that I purchased was an outdoor swivel chair which broke, and I was advised to call the concierge in Ohio and purchase a replacement piece which I did! I love the pieces at Arhaus, but my experience has been negative like many other reviews on here. I purchased the 54” Kensington table on May 26th and it was delivered on June 9th. The table was chipped and the finish was messed up, so I emailed back and forth with customer service and decided to exchange the table on June 14th. After the 14th, I didn’t hear anything, so I waited and followed up on June 21st.
