I had the most wonderful experience at Arhaus Fairfax! I visited almost every local furniture store and I can say the Arhaus staff is exceptional :) I especially appreciated Claire's welcoming, attentive approach and excellent interior design sense. She helped me narrow down the best options for my home. It was effortless! Their store is very clean and remarkable like a museum. Thank you!!
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Sepi at Arhaus was frustrating enough that I still think about it every time I look at the furniture in my home. We purchased a significant amount of furniture through her and relied on her expertise when making decisions. I used to enjoy this location. It was a nice store to walk through for ideas and such, even if I wasn't shopping for something specific. I agree with another reviewer who says the staff is generally helpful enough even if they can't balance hovering and being too far away. However, that all changed when the new store opened across the street. The store is self lacks the Arhaus aesthetic I have grown to love over the years. Even after presenting undeniable proof of purchase, this company consistently denies claims or creates obstacles that make it difficult to submit a claim and receive the promised services.
