Arhaus has amazing customer service! I ordered a couch last year but wanted to add to it. It was quite a bit of lead time, once it arrived it was off by a couple of shades. I didn't realize how different it would be. I called to let them know I was confused as I didn't realize it would be such a change in color. They offered to replace my entire couch! We recently purchased a large quantity of furniture from Arhaus at the Biltmore location, and honestly, Patti Martin completely changed our perception of buying furniture. In the past, buying furniture has always been frustrating — poor communication, sales reps disappearing after the sale, delays with no updates, constantly chasing people down for answers, and just an overall painful experience.
