Our experience with arhaus started out well but turned out horribly. We had an awful time working with Vanessa. We worked with her and Johnny (Johnny is great) and purchased a custom couch. When it was finally ready (after a long delay) it wasn’t what we remembered ordering. Junk store
For those with money but no taste
I live in Ann Arbor and used to love Arhaus and have many pieces from them in my home. I went in yesterday to purchase dining room chairs and it felt SO unwelcoming that I left and just ordered from Room and Board. When I walked in, a few minutes after opening, there was only one other customer in the store. There were 3 or 4 salespeople behind the counter and not a single one acknowledged me; all but one were on their phones chit-chatting with each other and didn't even look up. Need to replace two cushions on a sofa. A $300 delivery charge because it’s “policy”. No help at all from customer service. Nice products but absolute garbage service after.
