For those with money but no taste
I live in Ann Arbor and used to love Arhaus and have many pieces from them in my home. I went in yesterday to purchase dining room chairs and it felt SO unwelcoming that I left and just ordered from Room and Board. When I walked in, a few minutes after opening, there was only one other customer in the store. There were 3 or 4 salespeople behind the counter and not a single one acknowledged me; all but one were on their phones chit-chatting with each other and didn't even look up. Need to replace two cushions on a sofa. A $300 delivery charge because it’s “policy”. No help at all from customer service. Nice products but absolute garbage service after.
Its refreshing when you go into a store and they deliver top notch customer service. Vanessa helped us find the right couch and even stayed past close to finalize the order. Not to mention we had been couch shopping all day and Arhaus had the best looking, most comfy couches by far.
