I’m so happy with my Arhaus purchases, but especially my wonderful experience working with Judith Battista at Arhaus. Judith is a dream to work with, she is so professional, incredibly helpful, she has amazing style, and puts together the most beautiful combinations. She never made me feel rushed and she really puts in the time and calm energy that is so rare these days. Shopping with her is truly a curated, high end experience. I will always shop with Judith specifically, she is fantastic!
Went in person today to purchase two more of their Kirsten Chairs because 1) I had read that if you go into the store to purchase furniture its possibile to arrange other shipping or pick up options rather than the $300 white glove delivery and 2) we are also looking for a new dining table and some swivel chairs and my husband wanted to sit in a few. I don't know how I got so lucky to work with Judith Battista at Arhaus!!! At the end of January 2026, I walked into the Park Meadows showroom and fortunately, she was the Design Consultant I spoke with at that location. I had just sold my home furnished and was downsizing from 5,600 square feet into a 1,600 square foot apartment, which felt overwhelming at first. I purchased a dining room table, buffet and sofa 3 years ago that now all have to be replaced. The dining room table was replaced 7 times due to extreme cracking, and it's once again cracking to the point of not being able to use. The buffet is also cracking and looks terrible. The sofa was assessed by Arhaus and they determined all cores need to be repalced - at my cost of $2000. I would expect a $15k couch, that is rarely used, to last more than 3 years.
