Just left this store and at least 4 associates walked by me with no acknowledgement! I even purposely walked past one as a test and she just looked down at her laptop. I was looking at a display cabinet in the back by the bathrooms and one associated wheeled a piece of furniture right in from of me without saying excuse me. I was interested in purchasing a carpet, but walked out and will never return.
I Had an amazing experience with Brent. He was polite, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about everything. He gave me some great suggestions and personally I think he has great style! I’m visiting from out of town so I didn’t make a purchase but I definitely will back at my home location. I wish I could bring him with me haha
This store is great. Beautiful furniture, plenty of options and Brent was excellent to work with. He provided wonderful insight and suggestions to coordinate the couch, chairs and additional items we purchased. Will definitely come back when we need more items.
When you shop here, ask for Brent Peddy! He genuinely cares about his customers and listens to their needs. He even helped me track down this mirror when the Houston store didn't have it in stock! My experience with him has always been wonderful.
We recently needed a new bookshelf and a chair, and working with Brent made the entire process incredibly seamless. Because we were shopping around and busy, we did almost everything via text. Brent was exceptionally responsive, letting us know right away that the bookshelf was available, and he went above and beyond by texting us pictures of multiple chair options that would perfectly compliment it.
