We purchased several pieces of furniture form Arhaus at Old Orchard location.The pieces are so beautiful and well made. I had such a wonderful experience thanks to Alberto Ortiz.He was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process.His professionalism and friendly attitude made this experience easy and enjoyable. I’ve been a loyal Arhaus customer since late 2024, purchasing multiple items both online and as floor samples. Until now, my experiences had been mostly positive. That changed completely with my most recent visit. While moving a large, heavy mirror (60 inches, 73 lbs) out of the store, an associate told me to change direction so her conversation with other customers wouldn’t be disturbed—an unreasonable request given the size and weight of the item. Janet is very friendly, approachable, and willing to help. Highly recommend shopping for your furniture with her. She goes above and beyond to help find you what you need!
We stopped by to checkout some furniture and Sue was the only person who took the time to offer assistance, she mentioned there was a 30 percent sale, pre black Friday sale. With the purchase of 2k, so we will consider it and will come back with Sue. The store offers very nice decor, didn't see many Christmas decorations as we expected but it's early so will wait. The furniture is best for larger places, and they are for all the house. Including decor.
I can’t recommend this store enough! The products are all so beautiful, and the customer service is impeccable. Special shout out to Micah and Barbara who were both so fantastic and talented in helping me design and furnish some rooms in my new house. Run don’t walk! And ask for Micah :)
