We had a fantastic experience at Arhaus! Debbie was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. Will never step foot into this store again. Bought chair for my office, requested customization. Happily paid several thousand dollars. The sales associate was so eager to make a sale they failed at customer service. And this is a direct quote “ I didn’t call you because I didn’t have anything to say “ even though there was an update to our order . I had to call and hassle corporate to get that information. Ordered a Herman Miller chair instead
Taveon is fantastic to work with! From the start, he has been professional and attentive to my style/wishes. He’s extremely detailed and spends time going through different styles in their catalog to gain a sense of what I might like. What I’ve enjoyed most is his low-pressure approach - always available when I have questions but also gave me space until I was ready to make the right decision for my home. I had such a great experience buying a new couch and chairs for my living room. Taveon was so knowledgable and helpful showing all the different options and ways to customize things. He was able to work within my budget and the espresso machine there made amazing coffee :) I'd just go hang out in the store it's so gorgeous!
