If I can rate this store zero I would. Customer service in store is horrific. Quality of items is from china. Typical car salesman here, buyer beware!

I had such a wonderful experience at Arhaus. From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and genuinely accommodating. Working with Lillian, the designer, was an absolute pleasure. She has such a great eye and really took the time to understand my style and needs. Absolute worst nightmare of a company. Every item has been an absolute disaster. Delivery scheduling team is completely disorganized. Items are of horrific quality. Tried to replace pendant lights twice arriving scratched and dirty. Customer service confirms they are returned items. Other issues with nightstand lights, mirror panels falling out, etc. Once they sell you on the item, they don’t want to do anything about assisting further with issues. Go to RH.
