I had such a wonderful experience at Arhaus. From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and genuinely accommodating. Absolute worst nightmare of a company. Every item has been an absolute disaster. Delivery scheduling team is completely disorganized. Items are of horrific quality. Tried to replace pendant lights twice arriving scratched and dirty. Customer service confirms they are returned items. Other issues with nightstand lights, mirror panels falling out, etc. Once they sell you on the item, they don’t want to do anything about assisting further with issues. Go to RH.
