This isn't about the store, but it's about something worse. The people at the warehouse in Tampa who prepare the deliveries are playing games with their drivers' work, and Arhaus has to deal with that. Just because they have subcontracted companies to deliver their items doesn't give them the right to mistreat them, much less demand things outside of what's stipulated in the contract. Normal people can’t go in places like this without being followed. Makes you feel like a criminal
David and Robin in the Tampa store are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Always quick with a solution and so eager to please me and my clients. Their commitment to customer service is unmatched! Beautiful products as well. Five stars!!
