Ordered a table and set of 8 chairs and a chandelier to go with it. The delivery took longer than quoted and then the table came it had a crack right down the middle so we had to wait even longer. That said they got us a new table and the furniture is very nice and was worth the wait. Delivery team was awesome, driver found the crack on the first table, I didn’t even notice it.
We visited the beautiful Arhaus showroom in Carlsbad and were fortunate enough to meet Monica. She patiently walked the store with us, helping us find pieces that were perfect for our home. She is a great listener & has great design ideas. When we purchased a floor model, she went above and beyond. Amazing design associates. The quality and selection of furniture is amazing.
We remodeled our house and looked at several places. Arhaus was our favorite by far. The quality and look of their furniture is a stand out. We bought several pieces from them and are beyond happy. Yvette was great to work with and helped us with our decisions.
I ordered 4 items from Arhaus on 10/31. Iwent to the store in person and worked with Yvette. Yvette pushed us towards a couple of items and when asked about the delivery schedule/timeframe we were promised it would take a couple of weeks as the items were in stock. We were ordering seats for our kitchen for the holidays, so getting them quickly was necessary.
