Tbis is my first and only interaction with Arhaus. Dealing with this furniture retailer was an utter fiasco. The Sullivan coffee table I ordered was replaced by a similar but different table when shipped. It took several emails and phone calls to get this incorrect item returned fir a refund. The process was cumbersome and time consuming. The Arhaus customer service operation is opaque, to put it mildly. Had a great experience shopping at Arhaus for furniture for our new home being built. Dinna was very helpful with our selections and we are very thankful they are able to store our furniture before it is complete and stand by the pricing if it was to drop before the time of delivery. Dinna makes everything easy with communication and helpful with questions and suggestions!

We bought a ton of Arhaus furniture a few years ago and were very impressed about how they upheld by their customer service (headquarters, not necessarily local) when we had an issue years later.
