It was a pleasure working with Leigh Anne! She was very responsive, and everything was delivered within the timeframe she had explained. I did have one item that arrived damaged and needed to be replaced. But the replacement was accidentally sent to my old address because the order was placed using an older profile I had on file! Natalie and Alondra were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were professional, responsive, patient, and genuinely went above and beyond to make the entire experience easy and enjoyable. Their attention to detail and level of customer service really stood out. We truly appreciated all of their help and would highly recommend them!
Is one of the traits to be employed here to be absolutely miserable? Walked the whole store and all the employees rather be on their phones at their little desks than work with customers and sell. A bunch of failed interior designers and Martha Stewart wannabees employed here.
