My mom purchased items back in September from Susan and Jamie. Few months later, they delivered the wrong size dining table, wrong size coffee table, and said that one chair is now sold out. We have long admired the Arhaus brand. It is one of those names that has always carried a certain level of prestige and quality that you just know is the real deal. Don't buy anything from this store! They have horrendous customer service, and might not deliver you the items you paid for even after 6 months! They initially told us it would be 4-6 weeks for our order, and since then, they have kept making up excuses for where the item is. At one point, they said it was on a boat, but then a few weeks later they said it hadn't left the country at all yet.
