I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was too disappointing not to share. I visited Arhaus today fully intending to make a purchase. As I walked through the showroom, I passed at least four or five employees. No one acknowledged me, made eye contact, greeted me, or asked if I needed assistance. Bought a beautiful piece of furniture and custom slipcover at Arhaus. Tim White was very patient, knew the products well and had a great design sense. Recommend shopping when they have the 20-25% off sales. Good experience!

We have been so pleased with our experience at Arhaus Tysons! We had previously gotten living room furniture from there and also few home decorative items. Recently bought bedroom furniture and rug. Very happy with the selections and suggestions made my the staff. Tim has been super helpful and very involved in the entire process! If something was not working out as the pieces came together, he gave very helpful input and alternative options which worked out perfectly!
