We had an excellent experience at Arhaus furnishing our new home. Rachel and Ray were fantastic to work with and helped us bring our vision to life. They took the time to understand our style and guided us through selecting pieces that worked beautifully together. I was trying to locate something that was unavailable in my local store and David at the King of Prussia store went above and beyond to find it and have it shipped directly to me. It was a small item and I was impressed that he put the time in. I ended up buyer another much larger piece from him due large to the service he provided. Would absolutely recommend this store location.
