I have only worked with Vanessa and that’s all I need! She helped me a large part of an afternoon and while I was getting my file together for this new house 10 months later, I saw a sale online. No way would I cut her out of this sale/commission. I just called her up and she honored the online sale. We need to make sure we take care of the sales force.
I am beyond disappointed and disgusted by my experience at the Arhaus in Lakeside Mall. I walked into the store ready to make a purchase, but I was met with a level of dismissiveness that is frankly shocking in 2026. As the only Black customer in the store at the time, I was completely ignored by the sales associates. Alicia at Arhaus New Orleans was so helpful in my choice of dining chairs. She took her time with me. I love the chairs and I will ask for Alicia every time I visit Arhaus.
Alicia at Arhaus is the absolute best!! She is so knowledgeable and really takes her time with each of her clients! If you plan to shop at Arhaus always ask for Alicia! You won’t be disappointed!!
A sofa in the window caught our attention. Thomas was our sales rep. He was so helpful but not pushy. We were a bit unsure about spacing so he introduced us to Daren, the designer. Daren came to our house, took pics and measurements. Thomas and Daren worked together. They asked a lot of questions and gave us options based on our lifestyle.
