The salesman Oren Menasher is one of the most responsive, professional, and easy-to-communicate-with people I’ve come across in furniture retail. I actually waited until my order was almost complete before writing this review. I ran into a few issues along the way. The rug was misplaced—the Arhaus interior designer showed me one option but added the wrong one to the cart. I walked in there and the sales representative never asked if we needed help and she never spoke to us. I was there on April 13th 2026 early in the day she sat there and we walked by her. She never said one word. There are some chairs I want there but I’ll go to another place to buy them. This is not the first time this happened. This store has a bad culture of being not friendly.
