Quality furniture but waiting over 8 months for a delivery that was promised in 4 is ridiculous. Constantly getting the “ run around” from customer service too. Lies lies lies….
This is a review for Arhaus as a company and not our local retail store. Unless you are buying a product that is in stock at the local retail store or sitting in their distribution center, do not trust anything they say about delivery times. We are currently waiting seven months for a product that was promised to be in stock and would be delivered when we moved into our new home which was two months after the order date. Own two sofas and two chairs. Quality and durability are not good, especially at this price point. Customer service is... a joke (E.g. they couldn't find my orders in the system, they couldn't tell me the sofa hanger screw size, etc.). There are so many better choices out there at their price point that offer greater quality and competent customer service. To add insult to injury, Arhaus posts a lame response to my online review.
