Shannon from Arhaus Boulder was a delight to work with. She quickly identified our preferences and patiently guided us through our large furniture order. We especially appreciated her prompt responses to our questions and scheduling of meetings throughout the process.
I think this is the first negative review I've ever written, but this situation is so bad I have to warn other consumers. We have been trying to resolve this for 5 years now. Don't bother buying the worry free coverage - it is a scam and they won't honor it. We had severe damage to a large furniture order. We immediately reported it and got no response.
