Manager got involved with the situation, and it was a quick respond and easy fix, good customer and was able to match the price from the last promo.
Store looks rich, when you walk in, Stone staffs acts nice and smiles to you but stone didn't, tranaction was smooth, but when it comes to refund, no one has reached out. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Arhaus. In good faith, I purchased over $10,000 of furniture from the company, expecting the premium quality and customer service that Arhaus advertises. Unfortunately, the experience has been anything but premium. Since receiving the furniture, I have encountered issues that required multiple contacts with customer service. I am setting up a new studio for my business and had the pleasure of working with Jaret at Arhaus in Huntington. He was patient and thorough in showing me different options and made great suggestions for how else I might design my space. I kept adding more and more onto multiple orders which created additional work for him, but he was professional and organized with everything I threw at him. He continued to follow up to ensure everything was processed properly and to my satisfaction. Excellent experience ⭐️
