I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Arhaus. We purchased a light fixture, and it arrived with a manufacturing defect. Instead of simply replacing the defective item, Arhaus told us that we have to purchase another light first, return the defective one, and wait for a refund. Because of their defective product, we now have to pay an electrician to install the light, pay the electrician again to remove it, and then pay a third time to install the replacement. We had an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. The quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail of the furniture are truly top-notch. Every piece exceeded our expectations and has completely transformed our space. The delivery service was exceptional as well. When they say “white glove delivery,” they truly mean it. I purchased $15,000 worth of furniture from this store. While the pieces look attractive, the quality has been very disappointing. This is especially true for the Finley collection, from which I bought a full bedroom set and a console. I have experienced major defects with the bedroom set—the drawers do not fully self-close. I eventually learned to live with this given the hassle of exchanging the items. Take your business elsewhere (ie. Restoration Hardware.) The staff at Arhaus is incapable of placing a basic order and you will have to continuously chase them. The "manager" made a mistake, not once apologized for it or tried to correct it in a timely manner. The rest of the staff is great at making excuses every time you speak with them. Overall, unacceptable service from a luxury brand.
It seemed to be closed and the windows were boarded up. Would have been nice for them to post this somewhere before we made the drive.
