I had a great experience working with Arhaus to find a sleeper sofa for my home. My design consultant, Mariana, was fantastic from start to finish. I'm very indecisive by nature, but Mariana was incredibly patient and helped me feel confident in my decision. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Arhaus. We purchased a light fixture, and it arrived with a manufacturing defect. Instead of simply replacing the defective item, Arhaus told us that we have to purchase another light first, return the defective one, and wait for a refund. Because of their defective product, we now have to pay an electrician to install the light, pay the electrician again to remove it, and then pay a third time to install the replacement. I purchased $15,000 worth of furniture from this store. While the pieces look attractive, the quality has been very disappointing. This is especially true for the Finley collection, from which I bought a full bedroom set and a console. I have experienced major defects with the bedroom set—the drawers do not fully self-close.
