I love their furniture, I have placed several orders and purchased many beautiful pieces over the years! However, I will never step foot in this store again for ANYTHING!!! You never get accurate or the same information when inquiring about your purchase. In addition, they DO NOT keep you updated where there is a delay or issue….Its unfortunate, but I am Done, done, done doing business with Aarhus! You lost a loyal customer!
Nightmare customer service! I purchased a table but received the wrong color table. In order to exchange it for the proper color, I had to pay again for a new table to be sent out. I was told I'd get a full refund once I returned the table that was the wrong color making it an even exchange. I returned the incorrect table and received the new table. Arhaus has received the incorrect table. However, no refund has been issued. They claim the refund was issued but I have received no credit on my credit card.
