The store manager, Allison is 1st class. I recently purchased the Remington sofa. When it was delivered I had an issue. Allison, addressed the issue immediately and got it resolved.
Arhaus Furniture is hands down the best. Im not a small guy by no means. Im 6’4” at 320 pounds and I’ve had furniture from other places, they dont even compare to Arhaus. They hold up to me and they stay showroom quality.
Terrible service, no one EVERY answers the phone at the "customer concierge" service which should be re named a"customer NO SERVICE." We have a file cabinet that we purchased several years ago but rarely if ever used it and found out that the doors slides were broken! Called for replacement parts and or repairs and they claim the drawer slides are not available even though they still sell similiar pieces with the same slides.
I was very excited about a table that I found on the website. I put it in my cart and when I was checking out, the table went up in price by $1,000. In my cart, it said that the sale price was $2629 and original price was $3099. When I was paying for the table it went up to $3699! I called the store and told them that I have a screen shot of the price that the table was listed for in my cart and they would not honor the price. I am very disappointed by this experience.
