I wanted a say what a wonderful job Juliana George did during all my transactions at Arhaus. I started out with Noelle but Juliana got involved and she spent A LOT time reconciling my purchases during the process. Her demeanor is fantastic and am very happy with my purchases.
Vera is an absolute god send! I came in vision and she helped me bring that to life. She spent hours (actually days) patiently going through each room of my new home. I left feeling beyond excited to move in. Thank you so much for making my interior design dreams come true, you have a customer for life!
Two years ago we purchased a sofa in the ShortHills NJ store for $18,000.00 we also purchased a protective plan for stain protection- We recently noticed “pilling” on the cushion custom fabric. Bottom line we called ARHAUS customer support who told us they ARE NOT Responsible for fabric issues which I find crazy - We have contacted the company that handles the warranty we purchased in addition called “ worry free “ AKA United’s - not sure what the outcome will be? We are beyond disappointed
This is one of the nicest stores in Palm Beach County And Roberto Carluzzo is amazing. He brings his Italian flair and European style to Every single person he helps. His style is unmatched!!
I am so pleased with the professionalism, customer service and meeting a staff that couldn’t be more delighted to help. Cheryl has been outstanding, helping me navigate all the considerations when decorating a new space. She made my new space just a perfect reflection of my concept.
