Vera Cohen sales and service manager was exceptional and very experienced. She was incredibly knowledgeable (not pushy to sell) and offered the most helpful advice to guide my purchases based on listening to what my needs and preferences were. So refreshing to have her help me. I would highly recommend you ask for her by name.
Very disappointing experience. My light fixture arrived defective, but instead of simply replacing it, Arhaus expects me to buy another one first and pay for multiple installation visits because of their defective product. This is not the level of service I expected from a premium furniture company. I will think twice before purchasing from Arhaus again.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Arhaus. We purchased a light fixture, and it arrived with a manufacturing defect. Instead of simply replacing the defective item, Arhaus told us that we have to purchase another light first, return the defective one, and wait for a refund. Because of their defective product, we now have to pay an electrician to install the light, pay the electrician again to remove it, and then pay a third time to install the replacement.
