The furniture looks great , however they use low quality materials. After a few years our couch started sagging and looks terrible. I had warranty and they came and fixed it and it made it worse. I would never shop from here. The couch has basically no shape and looks worse than a dorm room couch. Highly overpriced and low quality does not add up. 07/03 Followed up the the email from the store . They are totally unresponsive and ignored my multiple requests for addressing the issue

came in with my fiance trying to find a bedroom set. we received absolutely no help from anyone, 3 of the sales associates were on their phones while one was occupied with another guest. pretty disappointed considering the glowing reviews we saw on google.
First of all, I want to say the designers who works at the store was very nice and helpful. I think the problem is from corporate. Arhaus: Premium Prices, Zero Integrity. Think twice before buying high-end furniture here. I documented a massive discrepancy in their Almeria Dining Table: Advertised at 350 lbs with a 44" depth, but it physically weighs only 220 lbs and measures 42". This review is particular for Arhaus delivery. We love Arhaus furnitures so we have purchased and have multiple deliveries in the past. In the past, the team cared about the customers and willing to deliver the items on time with customer "service", meaning that they will help us to move around the furnitures so that the new furnitures can be in place. Today we have 4 items delivered from Arhaus to replace the existing furnitures. The guys came and claimed about policy so they cannot move our furniture to locate the new furn... read more
