I ordered the Dune 47" chaise and the 85" sofa in Merritt Snow to the tune of around 6K. I have had the most trouble I have ever had with a couch in my life. This was my first big couch purchase and I was super excited. Yes, I got a light color, but I purchased the insurance and was assured that it was a performance fabric and would be ok. We had a phenomenal experience. I have to be honest and was very concerned with our initial purchase. There were some reviews on Google as well as the Better Business Bureau that were concerning regarding delivery, service and coverage. I have to say we have had zero issues and only fantastic service. Aliza was the sales manager and she went above and beyond for us. The purchase was straight forward. Furniture quality - 5 stars Logistics - 1 star This company does a great job with making the furniture and a horrible job getting it delivered anywhere close to when they promise to. Whoever is the VP in charge of the logistics side needs to be fired. They give an otherwise great company a horrible name.
Sales staff was helpful in picking out our furniture. The delivery team was very professional and one of the best furniture delivery services we've had in a while.
We ordered multiple items from Arhaus in May, spending a hefty sum with the expectation that everything would be delivered by July. Unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing. • July 14: Our dining table arrived missing all the hardware, and the brass table came scratched. • July 31: Two dining chairs had to be sent back due to damage.
