Extremely disappointed with Arhaus. I ordered a media console in January and was initially quoted a delivery timeframe of 8–12 weeks. Since then, the delivery date has been pushed back repeatedly: • Originally expected: March/April (8–12 weeks)• Then moved to May• Then moved to June• Then moved to July• Now moved to August That means a piece of furniture ordered in January may not arrive until August—more than 7 months later. I would never recommend Arhaus to anyone based on my experience. We purchased a set of marble bathroom shelves for approximately $3,000. During delivery, the delivery team pointed out that one of the shelves had a chip. The damage was in a location that was not easily visible, and the delivery team assured us that a replacement shelf would be ordered and swapped out later.
