Really disappointing service from Arhag - stay away if you’re able to. It took two and a half years of begging for them to come and fix the ceiling in the apartment which suffered from major water damage (due a leak from the apartment upstairs). After four years, they have ignored multiple requests re-install the bathroom vent, Which was damaged during the leaks. Terrible with repairs and maintenance. Delay with response!
this is the worst company When dealing/Reporting with Repairs, I have been waiting for them to get a boiler repaired at it has taking over 6weeks, they have not accepted a quote. I haven't had hot water since the beginning of December. they Sent everyone(tenets)new information regarding a new Contract they have with new suppliers, once I called I was informed that they are not even assigned to my area ( what a complete joke) If I could give no stars then I would.
