You can only order al la carte (or as they put it on the order form: "add-on") prints for school pictures if, and only if, you purchase one of their packages first... completely asinine and a total money grab. Forcing someone to buy something they don't want in order to get something they do want is bad business. I don't want your stupid package with a bunch of extras I don't need. Photos were ok. The package was not accurate but worked. Was more photos than ordered but sizes were off a teeny bit.

The school pictures you did for my children were expensive. When we finally received the pictures back it looked like you photoshopped them. Their faces were so blended it didn't even look like them I hope the second time around it looks better. So what my children's pictures to be taken and left the way they are there's a hair out of place there's a hair out of place it's the way it is they aren't perfect and I don't need you to try and make them look perfect.
