Always friendly staff and people when I visit family member there.
A family member is newly admitted to the Assisted Living facility after a significant amount of time on an admission waiting list. Jamie Nick was instrumental in facilitating the process and has continued to communicate throughout it. A real asset. The facility is clean and appears well organized. Staff (and residents) are very nice. Jeanine Depew LPN/Director professionally and kindly handled “new resident” orientation and her door is open for resident/family questions or concerns.
Was easy to check in and out. Front desk reception was very pleasant. Staff was friendly and helpful. Place looked clean and organized.
