They were helpful years ago when I had the loan but it has been years since I paid them off. Now they keep threatening me with a letter that I owe them 157 dollars when I owe them nothing! My balance is zero and has been zero for years. They say that if I don't pay it they are "going to take legal action." That is so shady. Even legitimate companies if you owe them they don't threaten you like that. This company is very dishonest and they are bankrupt so they are doing everything they can to get money. Bunch of liars!!!
Just finish this loan today and man o man I’m happy I’m done it was draining lots of taking money out my account before due time and all don’t even bother man. Waist of time
I have had the exact same experience every other review has described. Completely predatory lending. Horribly unorganized. Website is ALWAYS down. I've just started to immediately report every issue I have to the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Finance Protection Bureau (consumerfinance.gov) and suggest everyone does the same.
Horrible horrible dont use them!!! They claim they used to use a third party to handle their loans now everything is in house. Since they got reed of the third party they wont take my loan out on time I'm getting hit with more interest and you cant get anyone on the phone to take care of this!! They get zero stars. Don't use them!!!
