This “bank” locked all cards and didn’t tell Anyone. I only noticed it when I went to use it and was declined. I figured since I used it on an app that was the problem. So I waited another day and tried to use it at a POS machine and declined. A call to the bank and was told there may have been a breach and they locked them as a precaution. It's amazing they would choose someone with such a poor attitude to be at the front "helping" customers, just avoid this location if you can the one near Walmart way has much better service as well as employees working at the front counter who do not have such a poor attitude or feel the need to talk over you

Horrible!!! Sends late notices to you two weeks after they take your money. Asked for proof of insurance when we purchased a vehicle, had to go there 3 times with copies because somehow they kept losing them. What a joke!!
