I have never had a bad experience at Chester Argent Credit Union. From the time that I walk into the door, I am welcomed from the tellers to the office personnel with hellos, smiles, conversations, and laughs while at the same time receiving prompt business transactions. There have been several personnel changes and they all have been knowledgeable with my concerns. I have received nothing but respect from the staff. I enjoy going into the Chester Argent Credit Union.

The customer service at the Chester Branch is excellent! I frequent this branch often and consistently receive top notch service by Elizabeth and Creed. They Always greet me with a smile and a sincere desire to take care of my transaction requests. 100% transaction processing accuracy!
I had a horrible experience coming to this branch location on 7/2/2025 at 5:40pm. I walked to front desk and asked for a temporary card. The man at the desk asked for my ID I showed him my ID and he told me to wait on the lady in the office to the right. The lady in the office asked me to come in at 6:00 I got there at 5:40. Never got the lady name but she proceeded to ask me for my account number I asked can she give me one second and she proceeded to ask for my ID and never gave me the chance to give her my account number.... read more
