Katherine S. At Chester location has been very professional and friendly. She has step up when others in the branch have frustrated me to no end. I have received wonderful service at the Chester location. Thank you Katherine S.
They do not have overdraft protection. They waived my overdraft fees once as a "courtesy", but not a second time, even though I made up the difference on the same day. They got rid of their last coin machine, and most (maybe all?) branch ATMs do not accept cash deposits, only withdrawal. They still don't have tap-pay/apple-pay RFID with their debit or credit cards.
Cynthia Rooks was very kind and showed attention to my concerns and addressed them with the utmost respect
I’ve banked here for years and by far I’ve never had a bad experience, I love talking to all the kind people in the drive thru. Best bank ever!!!
