The teller who I usually see is Catherine, very nice, friendly and kind. Need more like here.
I would be remiss if I let the month end without acknowledging the exceptional customer service provided by Rosaly at the Chester location. As a new customer I came in within the last 30 minutes of service. During the five minutes it took to complete my transaction Rosaly displayed all four or five of the credit union's displayed core principles. When I entered, the Credit union creed greeted me with a smile that would warm anyone’s heart. He spoke very clear and was very patient with me as far as service. We have small conversation, which seems to ease the stress that I was feeling when I came in on a hole he did an outstanding job.
