My assessment of communications with Ms. Arevalo has been very positive and I believe her to be an amazing lawyer who wishes to communicate with clients and represent them well.
Bad service ! Receptionist is very rude!!
The receptionist provides a horrible interaction and customer service ! She falsely stated i called the office 18 times witch is totally false information trying to make me look bad in front of Belinda! I Infact when i called the first time , i asked to speak to Belinda for a question since i already had paid a consultation fee $250!! She had a bad attitude and was just discussing! she hung up the phone at me and then decided to never pick up the phone .. If you want service like this then go head and spend your money !!
Dont recommend this place they would steal your money and not call you back nor pick up their phones!!! Scammer lawyers go somewhere else !!!!!
Today has been the biggest day of my life because thanks to Belinda, I WON sole legal and physical custody TODAY!! Belinda has been the best Attorney I have ever had in the last 7 years.
