Perfect experience. The float tank is so unbelievably relaxing--an experience of true rest--and every detail had been carefully attended to. The management is so kind and patient. I will continue to rave about this place and floating in general!

I will say, this is not what I was expecting. Im not of for self-care or relaxation. Therefore, I hold a lot of stress and anxiety in. However, for my birthday this year I choose to do something different. Purchasing my first float and red-light, I knew I had to let go to find peace. Luckily, Lila took me by the metaphorical hand and guided me on my journey to inner surrender. The time i spent here was truly more then my expectations. This is a gem of a retreat, nestled behind the new library in Carrboro. My wife and I both tried it and were very pleased, as the space is thoughtfully designed and tranquil, with a friendly staff and a selection of well-curated products. If floating or massage are not in your budget, try the very affordable red light therapy, which will leave you relaxed and smiling.
