Quite personable not overly priced for service provided
Alex helped me very well on my rental business and gave good legal advice.
Outstanding counsel. Mr Arestides helped me with an eviction and provided wise counsel and support. The family decided to move out so I did not have to complete the eviction. The tenant could not have paid even if sued so it was worth it to let it go. He helped me realize that I would’ve spent more money than it would have been worth it. He is a kind, thoughtful professional.
